As the managing partner and a founding member of Hameline Eccleston, my approach to leading the law firm and advising our client oil and gas companies and individuals in their oil and gas operations and title examination, is modeled after my experience in the United States Army and the business sector.

Preparation, timeliness and precision were required for success in the military and are required for success in my representation of our clients.  Serving in the United States Army where I became a decorated Veteran of Desert Storm, the first Iraq war, and completed tours in Germany and Italy reinforced the necessity to always be prepared, on-time and precise and I carry that philosophy into our representation of our clients.

My experience in the business sector, after graduating from Cornell University, strengthened my belief that business should be conducted with a high level of customer service. I pride myself and our firm on providing sound legal representation while maintaining a focus on customer service to our clients.

I received my Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law, and I admitted to the bar in Texas and Kansas. When not in the office, I usually can be found on a local golf course, and together with my wife, Elizabeth, we enjoy the Dallas restaurant scene.
