As the HR Director of Hameline/Eccleston, I have the pleasure of wearing many “hats” and always having a “do what it takes” attitude. 

When I started working at Hameline/Eccleston in June of 2014, I was initially hired as a Legal Assistant.  Having prior experience working as a Paralegal for other law firms, I have progressed into being the Firm’s HR Director with various tasks including but not limited to managing the firm’s benefits; implementing and maintaining office procedures and policy’s; scheduling; inventory control; ensuring the ongoing productivity and effectiveness of staff; Onboarding and terminations; financial management; review and prepare Client documents; assist partners and associates with drafting, document revisions and correspondence; provide and assist with office morale; assisting with making important company decisions and so much more! 

Graduating from Rockwall Highschool in 2009, I went on to earn my Paralegal Certificate at Lawyers Assistant School of Dallas.

Outside of the office, I am an avid writer, enjoy traveling and exploring new countries and cities, event planning and spending quality time with family, friends and my two toy Australian Shepherds.
